Bag Fill and Seal Machines

Bag filling machine and sealing machines are used for filling and sealing the pre formed bags. The automatic filling machine equipment and sealing machines equipment is simple to use. The advanced control panel allows easy adaptability to size changes. They have built in self diagnosis systems to identify the problems if any. Some may have thermal imprinter for the print and pack option. They have automatic bag advance, perforation detection, bag separation, opening and filling system involved. The machines are used for packing toys, tools, candies, and textiles etc.

The machines used for packaging food products, processed or semi processed have vacuuming and gas flushing mechanisms, where the vacuum is created in the bag and then is flushed with a neutral gas.

It is the most common process for packing dry fruits, chips and wafers, namkeens and spices. The machine takes a pre made bag from the magazine, opens it, fills it and seals it.

In a Reel fed bag fill and seal machine a bag is separated from a reel of pre-made bags, before being opened, filled with product and then sealed. Most of these machines have a digital temperature control systems for sealing. The contact parts are stainless steel.
