Bag Sealing Machines

Bag can be sealed by folding, crimping, twist-tie closing. For the poly bags, the sealing machines use heat-sealing process. The open end of the bag is put between the sealing jaw. The heat and the pressure seal the bag. These can be hand operated, semiautomatic and automatic machines. These are the simplest bag sealing machines.

The contemporary models have gas flush option and timers for gas flushing, sealing and cooling lines. These mew models can be customised as per the application. The machinery can be equipped with vacuum sensors, temperature controller, bag stretcher etc. The standard features include timers for different processes, adjustable sealing jaw, control panel and bag stretcher. These bag sealers have stainless steel frame and work shelf. The automatic sealing machines may have bag fill option.
