Cartoning Machines

Form a board blank into a carton, fill it and close it by fold tucking or adhesive. There are cartoning machines where a carton is formed from a pre-formed open top carton and another which wraps the carton board around the product.

Horizontal Cartoning Machine erects a folded carton fills with a product or group of prdocuts horizontally through an open end and closes by tucking the end or by applying adhesive. It is used for packaging food products, medicine, cosmetics etc.

Vertical Cartoning Machine erects a folded carton, fills vertically down the carton and closes by tuck folding the end flaps or applying adhesive. It can be used for food products, medicines etc but is better suited for heavier products than horizontal cartoning machine.

Wrap-around Cartoning Machine wraps the carton blank around the product. It is used for cosmetics, food products etc. It is the most suitable cartoning machine when a stack or a group of products or boxes are to be cartoned.
