matching is required when exact colour quality of the product or the container
is to be maintained.
The
colour meters and spectrophotometers are used to do the colour inspection or the
colour matching. These are automatic machines that identify the colour variation
if any and reject the unmatched product, container or label. UV sensors are used
to judge florescent colour variation. The variation percentage for acceptance
or rejection can be adjusted as per the defined quality standards. |
