Label inspection machine detect labels on packages and checks their compliance with pre-set requirements of orientation, print quality and alignment.

These Inspection Machine are automatic machines. The ideal position and settings can be adjusted for different labels

The general trend is to install photoeyes between the inspection head and the rejection head. The process works well for the brightly coloured labels that cover 90% around the bottle. Certain labels that do not cover that much area or are not so bright but have dark or metallic colours can not come in the reach of the photoeye system. There are modern machines that can be installed in the labeller. If the label is missing, the bottle is removed from the production line.

The system can be fed in with all the parameters to be checked. There is a facility of automatic shut down if there are too many rejections. This inspection machine can be integrated with other inspection machinery.
