Leak Detector

Leak DetectorThere are leak and flow testing machines. The different tests used for leak and flow detection used in these machines are burst, non-destructive chamber test, pressure/ vacuum decay, mass flow rate, and differential pressure/vacuum. The machines may have a statistical analysis package. This system is most suitable for industrial, medical and pharmaceutical applications.

These leak detecting equipment are capable of finding pinholes, cracks and seal leaks. Most of the machines are equipped with non-destructive leak integrity tester. Adjustments have to be made for rigid and flexible containers. The machines can detect the smallest leak in the sealed containers.
