Pallet Inverter

Pallet inverter inverts loading units, so that the pallet can be removed or changed. It is used when exchange of pallets or inversion of product is required. The palletized load is placed in the inverter and the machine starts. The inverters have a fixed base frame with a rotating frame having a clamp mechanism. The machine rotates the load at 180 degrees and the clamping plate is then released. The load is removed and is ready to be moved to its destination. With inverter installed the packages do not need to be hand stacked.

They are big stand alone machines though they can be attached to the main line. It can have floor loading, ramp loading or fork lift truck.
