Pressure Filling Machines

The pressure overflow fillers are based on heavy steel frame unit. This type of filling machinery is useful for foaming liquids or the liquids with a variable viscosity. It is used for water, sauces, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. It is normally adaptable to the container shape and size variation.

This machine is based on fill to level principle. The pressure overflow filling machine fills the free flowing liquid till it reaches a particular level in the container. Though the level can be changed as per the design and the size of the container it is better to maintain a constant level specially in the see through containers just to imprive the visual appeal. Minor shape and size changes in containers may occur during the molding process. The pressure overflow process minimizes the filling irregularities. Pressure overflow fillers can generally handle all types of hard plastic metal and glass containers. Fill volume can be adjusted from very low to very high. The technique is ideal for foaming liquids like soaps, detergents etc.

Some pressure overflow fillers may be attached with a heated package to maintain the temperature of the heated product while filling. It is generally used for the products that have to be filled hot and may solidify on cooling. This attachment includes a variable temperature heat element.
