Sack Fill and Seal Machines

In sack fill and seal machines take a pre-made sack from a magazine, weigh fill it and stitch seal it if it is a gunny bag or heat seal it if it is a plastic sac. The fully automatic model performs various functions without much help from the operator. First the sac is presented to the machine. It is picked from the magazine opened and redied for filling. The sack is then filled with the product through the weight control filling function. It is then sealed by heat in case of a plastic sac and twine in case of a cloth or jute sack. It has a stainless steel hopper.

There are some machines that weigh the product and then fill it. Others directly weigh fill into the open bag. These machines are more suitable for free flowing products like powders, granules, seeds, grain and pet food etc.
