Shrink Tunnel

It shrinks thermoplastic film around a product or group of products, as they pass through a heated tunnel. The heating medium may be hot air, radiant heat or steam. This equipment is generally based on high velocity turbo design. This enables increased air flow and the air is re circulated instead of drawing it from outside every time.

They have a digital temperature control and an automatic cool down feature. They have a dual wall construction that insulates the operator from heat and re circulates the hot air. The external velocity control feature helps control the airflow inside the tunnel as per the weight and the size of the product. Things can be further customized like using two tunnels in sequence for high speed operations or installing pre shrink and post shrink units.
