Tablet Inspection Machine

Tablet inspection machine are designed for visual inspection of tablets on both sides. The machine requires two operators. The machine belt can be food grade powder coated or stainless steel. The tablets are vibrated in the stainless steel hopper.

The vibration removes any flakes or powder from the tablet and feed them on to the belt for the operator to inspect. The tablet is automatically transferred to the other belt for the nest operator to inspect the other side.

The speed of the vibrator can be varied for the smooth fall of the tablet on the belt and the speed of the belt can be adjusted as per the convenience of the operator. The dusted and inspected tablets are collected in the collection tray for further process and a vacuum sucker sucks the extra powder out of the system.
